Synopsis

*After a year, I have finally put up a synopsis!*

So...my name is Lauren and I have been writing since I have been able to hold a pencil.  I have notebooks filled with quotes, journal entries and short stories but just could never manage to turn them into an actual novel.  I love the Sims and after reading several legacies and stories, decided to take on the challenge myself.  But I could never complete the actual challenge and decided to combine my love of writing and Sims to tell a story.  My story.

I believe life is full of struggles, pain and love.  I seek to show how each can affect the people around you, the generations to come.  What you do in your life has consequences.  So each generation, you will see the heir/heiress make choices and how they live their life will affect the future.  Each heir/heiress has a specific struggle and is a part of me.

(Generation 1) Marilyn Astor Bergdorf 

Marilyn Astor was born into a life of privilege, only to lose it all upon reaching adulthood.  Will her pampered upbringing and the challenges of poverty send her into the arms of the man who can make the nightmare go away?  Or will she be able to succeed where her parents have failed and find true love?  Find out here!

(Generation 2) Gabriel Alexander Bergdorf

Since childhood, Gabriel "Go" always knew that he was a little off.  He never quite found his niche, never figured out where exactly he belonged.  The only time he felt like himself was when he was painting.  Growing up, he was surrounded by love, yet never found anyone to call his own.  When faced with tragedy, will Go be able to overcome his problems with alcohol abuse or will he succumb to madness like his namesake?  You'll only find out here.

(Generation 3) Ramona Morgan Bergdorf Whitney

Ramona was born into a family who had seen their fair share of heartache.  On the outside, it appeared she had everything.  But how much can someone take before they break?  A handsome stranger shows up one day and makes her question everything she has known.  When his secrets are revealed, will she run away?  Or will she fight for the love that she has always wanted?  Find out!



Spoiler Alert:
Generation 8 will be my most personal story, with much of the material taken from the novel that is my life project.  The novel may or may not get written but I feel like this is /the/ most important story to be told.  The themes may be a little dark and/or graphic so this is my warning now!
